"I ordered one specific holster and what..."
I ordered one specific holster and what showed up was a completely different one. I reached out to support, but it took forever to get any kind of response and they still didn’t actually fix the problem. The whole thing felt messy, and it made me wonder if there are extra charges or fees buried somewhere too, because nothing about the order felt straightforward.

"Tracking felt suspicious and the order showed up late"
My order sat on “label created” for days, which always makes me wonder if anything actually left the warehouse or if they just printed a label to make it look like things were moving. The delivery date kept changing, and somehow I was the one having to keep checking tracking like I was investigating a case. When I reached out, the response was basically no help at all. Maybe they eventually shipped it, maybe the system was just playing games, who knows. Either way, it was slow, annoying, and I’m probably not ordering from here again

"Staff really knew their stuff"
I had a good experience with Atlantic Tactical, even if I’m a little fuzzy on exactly when I decided what I needed. I went in not totally sure about the right gear, and the staff answered all my questions without making me feel dumb or like I was holding them up.
They actually knew the products and gave me honest advice instead of just steering me toward the most expensive option. I think I placed the order right after that, or maybe the next day, but either way everything went smoothly. Easy 5 stars from me.

"My order took forever to arrive"
I was really looking forward to getting my order, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. I kept checking the tracking and waiting, which got frustrating. The product may be fine, but the slow delivery definitely made the experience disappointing.

I found a few things that were priced well, but once shipping got added, some of it didn’t feel like much of a deal anymore. It’s not terrible, just not always the cheapest option. So yeah

I checked out Atlantic Tactical while looking for some duty gear and a few uniform pieces, and umm, I was actually happy with the selection. They had more brands, sizes, and options than I expected, so it didn’t take too long to find most of what I needed.
The only thing keeping it from being a full 5 stars for me is that a couple items were out of stock, so I had to go with my backup choices. Still, the site was easy enough to browse and I’d definitely look there again next time...

"Exchange was more annoying than expected"
I ordered the wrong size, swapping it out ended up being way more of a headache than I thought it would be. It took a bit to get a response, and the instructions weren’t super clear either. I did get it handled in the end, but the whole process felt more frustrating than it needed to be

I had an issue with my order, and support kept sending these short replies that didn’t really help. I ended up explaining the same thing more than once, and you still don’t feel like anyone is actually trying to fix it. It felt like they just wanted to close the ticket and move on. Frustrating experience.

The site said the stuff was available, so I placed my order thinking everything was fine. Then suddenly it got delayed because apparently “in stock” was just a cute little suggestion. Annoying, honestly.

I’ve been using the gear and, to be fair, it does the job fine. I can’t really complain about how it works so far, but the stitching feels a bit cheap to me, so I’m not sure how well it’ll hold up over time...

I kind of assumed it would take a while or that I’d get one of those generic copy-paste replies, but they got back to me the next day and actually answered my question directly. The shipping update was a little slow at the beginning, which is why I’d give it 4 stars, but overall they were helpful and easy to deal with

"Looks decent, but I’d be cautious"
The site seems legit overall, especially since there’s real contact info listed, which is always a good sign. That said, a few pages looked a little outdated, and the mixed reviews make me hesitant. Personally, I’d say it’s okay value if you’re testing it with a small order first, but I wouldn’t spend a lot right away until I felt more confident.
